Lunch: Tuna salad on lettuce with chickpeas, a Tbsp of hummus, and some pita chips

Total = approx 370 calories

Snack: Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil with a drizzle of olive oil

Total = 70 calories

Snack: English Breakfast tea and a nutrigrain bar 

Total = 200 calories

Dinner: Gnocchi with Kale and Marinara Sauce

Total = approx 255 calories

Dessert: Little bit of a brownie and vanilla ice cream

Total = approx 120 calories

Total Calories Consumed = 1,205 perfecto!

hurricane whaaaat

I’m in New York and quite frankly this hurricane is lame sauce.

I just watched The Day After Tomorrow and I’m expecting some huge waves that will swallow the statue of liberty. Not that I want that to happen or anything…
