Snack: English Breakfast tea and a nutrigrain bar
Total = 200 calories
Dinner: Gnocchi with Kale and Marinara Sauce
Total = approx 255 calories
Dessert: Little bit of a brownie and vanilla ice cream
Total = approx 120 calories
Total Calories Consumed = 1,205 perfecto!
